Great service and location! The staff was kind and helpful, always willing to assist us. The hotel has a key location, close to the city center and a shopping mall. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of food to choose from. Additionally, the sauna and massage were good.
Room cleanliness needs improvement and some of the staff needs to improve their behavior towards guests. Our room was not as clean as we expected, and we found a few things that should have been cleaned better. Also, while some of the staff was kind and helpful, others were rude and unhelpful. Some training and improvement are needed to ensure all staff members have the right attitude towards guests.

The hotel was one of the few available during our time in Trabzon, so our selection was very limited. We liked that it was available. The room was fairly clean and provided us with a place to stay.
The price of the hotel was extremely high (more than the novotel, which was completly booked) and the service was extremely poor. The staff struggled to speak English and the breakfast was awful (old fruit, weird stew type things, flies on everything). We only ate the breakfast the first day and were so disgusted that we went into the city for breakfast the remaining 2 mornings. They have a shuttle, but will only take you to the airport which is about 10minutes away. We asked them to call us a cab one morning and had to wait about 30 minutes for it to come. We asked to be droped off at city center via the shuttles (there were 3 of them parked in front of the hotel), but they refused. We finally figured out that dolmus was the way to get around trabzon.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to the sea and with easy access to the city center. Our room was spacious and well equipped, offering a comfortable stay. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to make our weekend enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved. some of the staff members were quite rude and untrained in customer service.

We requested a non -smoking room. Which they were happy to accomodate us with. However, the only non-smoking rooms face the busy roadway in front. The room was excellent but we were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise. They offered us another room with a sea view but it reaked of cigareete smoke. I would only recommend this hotel for smokers.

Located in a bustling area with access to mini buses running along the coast, and in the center of the city, this hotel has convenient access to many shopping areas and restaurants, including a terrace overlooking the city square. the spacious rooms and variety of amenities, like a swimming pool and breakfast buffet with a great variety of dishes, provide a comfortable stay.
Some of the staff members were described as rude and unprofessional by a previous guest, which may be a concern for future visitors.

breakfast menu was very good room was very large and comfortable
reception staff were very rude after İ arrived from a 19 hour bus trip. I arrived the day after my booking because the bus trip took so long but they still werent going to let me into my room until 1pm even though İ had been charged for the previous nights accomodation.
